A oneshot book for my otp's (I ship stuff other than these, but this is an otp oneshot book, so I'm only writing stuff about my otp's)

Excluding the most important holidays, there was only one other day a year that Grillby's was closed. If anyone actually looked inside, they would see Grillby sitting alone at the bar, his flames dim and with a picture pressed against his chest, reminiscing about a bittersweet past. No one would know why, but that was because everyone had forgotten the man Grillby had fallen in love with: W. D. Gaster.

Once upon a time, there was a knight made of fire travelling the land. One day he came across a distraught village, and was asked to slay a terrible beast that had been plaguing the land. So he travelled to the Forest of the Forgotten, and found not only the beast with the skull of a dragon, but also a mysterious doctor with a few secrets of his own. Gather round, for this is a tale of bravery, love, and a curse most fowl.

This is a prequel to my au 4TALE. I decided not to draw this one so I could focus more on the actual story and to get some writing practice! This is mostly going to be about Gaster, Grillby, Asgore, Alphys and Toriel, before, after and during the war. undertale (c) Toby Fox story and 4TALE beong to me
