A Short Story I made depicting a possible hidden ending after dying to Grimm in Steel Soul. (Before gaining immunity to acid from Isma's Tear)

The infection has taken everything from you, your home, your family, and your happiness. Stuck playing nothing but sad songs on your violin to tell others how you really feel. When Ghost comes to town and hears you play, they make sure you're no longer lonely. One day tents sprout up in your home town with no warning. Whatever is inside you know is not for the tame of heart, but you have hope. Your talent and passion could possibly save you, especially if seen by the right bug. [COVER ART IS NOT MINE. In a world of demons and bugs, demon hunters will always turn up. The best of these hunters come from the king himself as his children. Even his younger children, Ghost and Ivy, have banished some small dream demons. His eldest, the Pure Vessel, wants to take on the heart of all of the demons: the Nightmare King. What happens when his life's dream comes true? -- On hiatus (I do not own the cover art. I can never hope to be that good 😅)

This is my first official Hollow Knight story(I say that because I did a Hollow Knight and Ori crossover when I wrote The Lights in the Dark), and honestly, I love this adorable ship so I'm like let's do a story on it! After my version of dream no more, Grimmchild thought that Ghost was dead, and never to be seen again. A month later, when she was an adolescent, she happens to find him again, and the two are reunited. Ghost tells her about what happened in the dream realm, and his embracement of the void entity. The Lord of Shades. Ghost eventually meets up with the Grimm Troupe again, and after meeting them, he goes on a new adventure with Grimmchild. They continue to explore the vast kingdom of Hallownest, learning about more of its secrets and meeting old and new friends along the way. The two friends both enjoy exploring Hallownest and collecting flames for the troupe, but soon, Ghost begins to develop a crush on Grimmchild. He always loved it when she was around him, and now he needed to express his feelings for her. What he doesn't know is that Grimmchild feels the same way. Was this feeling love?

After ghost beats hornet the first time hornet darts away and finds herself in a path of old memories and she will make new ones too! Follow hornet's journey trough hallonest and through the gods mind (this is a WIP and I'm still waiting on SilkSong so I might drag the story a bit)

The events of the infection left the kingdom broken and scarred, one little bug brought the nightmare to an end but with a price. He leaves behind the bugs of hollownest with nothing but his broken remains. The bugs of hollownest including hornet try to deal with the loss of their friend and figuring out how to rebuild the kingdom of hollownest. This story is in hornets point of view. Might be some slight Hornet x grimm, or hornet x quirrel. Depending on where I go with this. Btw in this quirrel isn't deaddd I wanted to make this a universe where he's still alive WARNING: does have some cursing and maybe mature themes The amazing cover art is made by my amazing best friend X3. Go easy on me, this is my first fanfiction and story ever. -Hornet- The little ghost has defeated the infection. I must say I was also quite surprised as I expected the infection to last longer against the little knight. Well, it isn't that the infection is too weak. It's that Ghost is too strong. However, with a battle with the final boss, there were bound to be consequences. After the Knight had finished the fight, it's shell broke, it could not handle the void it was containing, therefore breaking after the Ghost defeated the infection. Because of the mask breaking, and also Ghost refusing to go to the mask maker as it, from now on, wanted to live in peace with it's fellow siblings. However, I had craved for adventure. I had already done everything I could have possibly done in hallownest. Performed with the Grimm troupe, sparred with the Beast Tamer, and remove the remaining infected. I guess you could say I was a little desperate. However, there were news that the winds blocking us from escaping this now fixed land, had vanished along with the infection. However, everyone had already just wanted to stay in hallownest and live peacefully. My brother, who is the one 'Father' chose to seal the infection, decided to guide hallownest to the right path, therefore leaving me with nothing to do, but to leave. ~ Note from the Author: I will try to make their personalities as canon as possible as it's more better that way for me. Another note, the Cover does not belong to me! I don't know who the artist is as I was just saving stuff on Pinterest. [VERY SLOW UPDATES BECAUSE I'M LAZY AF]

You believed that eternal meant what it was supposed to mean. The curtains closed and you and Grimm took your place ruling over Hallownest for a year, then a decade, and as time passed to you... It felt like just yesterday you and your love had saved the kingdom of bug and beast. Balancing the power of the land much like it had thousands of years prior. Hallownest was finally eternal... Well, no longer. With at least a month before Dusk is planned to marry Princess Elina of the Pyneroot Kingdom, you take time away to help your daughter Dawn learn the ways of the Dream Realm. Though to your fear, something is horribly wrong, and you begin to worry over the kingdom's safety. Can you and Grimm remember who you are deep down while also facing the demons of the past? Not just your own, but the past of the kingdom you now claim? As long as you work together, everything should be fine. Right?

Though when you are making your way to your classes in the early morning of mid-January, you have to fight against the hazardous snowy weather of the North East. It isn't until you are driving on the highway when you lose control of your car and you begin to hurdle head-on into oncoming traffic, causing you to accept your fate and assume life as you know it is over. When you awake you begin to learn that you are not where you should be. Instead, you find yourself in a whole new land called Hallownest. You cannot tell if this is Heaven, Hell, Limbo, or possibly your new life, but those you meet along the way in this new land are willing to help you return home. Even as you are met with a tall figure who understands your passions. To be who you are and to accept it is one thing, but to follow and act on your dreams is another. Will you follow your way through the sick infected paths of Hallownest to return back home? Or is Hallownest your true home in disguise?

A Hollow Knight story that is sort of an AU with bits that I have deduce through observation of the game and its lore and some new things that are my own headcannon.

So guys this was a previous story from my another account so I wanted to bring it here because a lot of stuff happened to me but anyways I hope you guys still enjoy it.
