Garnering both hate and love from fans, what would be his fate now that someone else is holding the pen? This story is a fanfiction inspired by How To Train Your Dragon, tailored carefully with imagination and dedication. We all know the story: Grimmel has exiled Dragon Riders out of Berk, slew all Night Furies, Warlords were idiots who remained after Bludvist, Snoutlout tried to court his aunt, all dragons left to the Hidden World after victory over them despite no losses on Hooligan side, Deathgrippers died with Grimmel, etc, etc. But what if I'd tell you that truth was different? That what we've seen in the movie is just Zephyr's imagination created on Hiccup's sparse explanations? That after HTTYD 2 (in chronological meaning) objectively true is only Homecoming? This is true edition of what actually happened... At least for me. You can too consider this canon if you want... Hooligans are still exiled out of Berk, dragons still leave, still there are only Berkians shown here, but I've put much more emphasis on character editions from RTTE and Warlords. Oh, and Deathgrippers survive! This is my first fanfic, so it may have be poorly written in some places. I'll be grateful for any constructive criticism! Only characters of my own and plot are belonging to me, anything else isn't. No mean comments nor swearwords in them, please!

You and Grimmel have been together since the very beginning. From when he first killed a dragon to then. But one day, you find a dragon and saved it, making a connection with it. One day, a dragon attacked the house you were staying at and the dragon, that you made a connection with, swooped down and saved you, but took you away completely. Now you lived in Berk, hiding your connection with Grimmel and the Dragon. Now Berk was filled with dragons, all thanks to the Chief's son.

So be patient while I give a Y/N an actual personality 🖤 Fleeing from a place that was once their home has put a dent in their heart, searching and searching, running and fleeing, for what seemed like forever. But with their hybrid dragon at their side, they found a place that they can finally call home. Somewhere that allows them to feel happy, and wanted. Maybe even finding peace with the chief's son. But with a fear of being neglected, due to being an escapee, they closed off their heart hoping they won't have to open it.

He used to make crazy inventions to kill dragons as he couldn't lift a sword to do the task himself, but unfortunately, that did more damage than good. Thus, being a fishbone was enough of an excuse for every Viking on the island to bully, hurt, mistreat, and insult him. Astrid Hofferson the strongest Viking their age falls in love with him as they both run away to start a new life of peace, until the past catches up with them...
