This book will have some of the fairy tales from the book. Obviously this isn't my book so all the credit goes to Jacob Grimm and Wilhelm Grimm. This is just for fun. I love the book so I thought I would share some on here.

Darcy remained oblivious to the news for a year at her mother's insistence, starting at the age of seventeen. She called her father every day for that span of time. She had always been afraid to tell her parents of her abilities, and had kept them hidden for years. Soon after the move, her mother, who had always been afraid of things that were different, began to show it more openly, ranting about mutants and the disease she thought they were. Darcy also began to notice that all pictures of her father had been removed, and that her mother never wore her wedding ring anymore. Soon, she was able to piece together at least part of the story. She tried to speak with her mother about it all. It ended up with the woman throwing her daughter out of the house with the wish never to see the little "freak" ever again. Darcy took all the money out of her savings account, and some out of her mother's, and went back to New York. Soon enough, the MRD located her, and attacked. The X-Men showed up, only to find that she was holding her own well, until she was shot in the side. Kurt got her out safely, and they soon became close, growing from friends to more in the space of a year. It has been eleven years since she has seen her father, and she has been so busy that she has never looked at the news once, never seeing her father's heroics, nor that of her aunt and uncles. What will happen now?

These fairy tales are the ORIGINAL and are very different to the modern fairy tales that have been rewritten to fit today's society. Do not be surprised at how twisted they are.
