ING~ When your shadow overwhelms you, remember that your fall is near. No matter how much it hurts or how big the fall, what matters is the ability to get up, learn, and move forward stronger. True resilience isn't about never falling, but about the persistence to get back up again and again, turning every obstacle into a stepping stone.

Life is bigger and more powerful than people think. It possesses a spectrum that everyone experiences yet no one understands because of its unpredictability. Life throws you anything it wants to because life is the epitome of being a bastard. For instance, my senior year was full of twists that I think life was laughing at me the whole time. I was a student at Thomas Sharpe's Secondary School and all I wanted to do was keep my grades up while listening to new crappy pop music and spending time with people who are bound to be separated from me soon. Of course, I didn't get what I want because, like I said, life is a bastard. There is this one thing that really bothered me that year: my best friend since childhood, Cole Pierce, said things to me I never ever thought he would say. Boy, I don't even know how I handled that situation. I am known as Austin Barry, and this is not just a love story.

my voice cracked when the silhouettes appeared before me. i know that it will be the affections that i won't let go even when the the crowds butt in. but the oils in my hand are the chances slimmer than a sheet of tracing paper. and in the long gone months of adventure filled with joy, nerve-wracking pain, and scars carving within, formed was an aisle of proses and poems that i never know i could write. and now that i had them written, i'll sing that moments' praises. reliving the sands at the bottom of the hourglass. still having all my bracelets around my wrist even when the darkest monsters haunt me as they were telling me not to wear them.

"What makes certain individuals tough?" "Their tendencies of bluffing that the world around doesn't faze them, when it clearly does." - Hwan Ezra Wadsworth was a man of few words. He strongly believed that in order to be somewhere, it was necessary to take chances and risks which sadly, in his extremely complicated case, involved the people he loved. Growing up to be a person he never imagined himself to ever even want to be associated with, he grew tired of the restrained relations with people which he honestly knew, didn't matter to him in any form, unlike the people he had long gone, surrounded himself with. Long-forgotten memories with a fresh breath of air while the people who sang their hearts out, bobbing to the tunes of his once favorite singer, was the only reassurance he imagined himself to fall in love with that fateful night. That fateful night when his intoxicated mind allowed him to rest against his head against her shoulder to test a bold theory that would plague his mind followed by a few sleepless nights. - Plague his heart until he'd recollect all of who he was when he loved the world around as colorfully and apologetically as she did.
