Each one is against eachother. A battle that has no end has lasted for 50 years. When Growlithe accidentally causes the battle to be more intense and more wild, he will need to visit each tribe to regain the Pokémon law. Can he do it in time before tribes disappear forever? Anyways, in this book, you can ask anything to Pikachu, a civilized, intelligent Pokemon, which he uses to keeps the whole thing together; Growlithe, a rebellious, powerful cyborg Pokemon where he is also known as the editor; Helioptile, a lazy, tomboy Pokemon that has practically everything in her digestive Pokemon; Vulpix, a shy quiet fox Pokemon who puts her brains to good use; and Mimikyu, a mysterious, creepy Pokemon who hides his true face away in his Pikachu costume.
