Master Chief, otherwise known as Spartan-II soldier John-117, has never been one to work with others on the perilous journeys and missions tasked. That is, for the only exception he'll make. Mary-121, too, is a Spartan-II soldier. But she has been by John's side since the very beginning of their lives, living on the same colonist planet of Eridanus II. The two children attended the same school: Elysium City Primary Education Facility Number 119, labeled by their fellow classmates as "The Dangerous Duo." This is basically a book for back stories and events referenced in my fanfic "The Banished Arc". This is meant to cancel out any confusion in the story and to inform show why some characters are changed so drastically over just a few chapters.
