Michael comes across a photo album in Trevor's trailer when he left to get beer. What he finds is mildly interesting. Cue my crappy writing and some nostalgia.

Doyle Sterling is a walking NDA. He's twenty years old, prematurely gray, and professionally invisible. He treats his life like a math problem: keep the variables low, and nothing explodes. Then his "workmate" repossesses a car from a retired bank robber. Now, the variables are out of control. Doyle is forced to become the designated responsible adult for a crew of armed sociopaths, troubleshooting their heists and managing their tantrums. He doesn't want to run the city. He just wants to survive the semester without his heart rate exceeding 120 BPM.

The 2004 heist actually works- Trevor's got a bullet buried in him, bleeding out, while Michael is left to decide if this is what he really wanted. A life where he escapes the game and the heists and the life with his normal, ordinary family. A life without Trevor.
