Jack Frost is...dead? That cannot be the future. Yet it is. When Manny tells the Guardians to find The Fates a group that was thought to be only a myth among myths. That is just what they do. Yet nothing can ever go as planned. Now they all have to deal with weird people in top hats and people giving each other suspicious looks. Oh! And also a whole messed up timeline. But really how bad can that be? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Minor Bedtime Stories (Nightlight X Katherine) (saw it on a different fanfic and liked it so I am using it for them) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I will not be working on this for a while. I just wanted to get the book set up.

This is a 'Guardians of Childhood' story, which means elements of the movie and the books will be blended. What to expect from the movie universe is the overall design and personality of the main cast, as I like them better there, along with Pitch's connection with Jack when it comes to wanting to be believed in. There will be characters From the books, however, such as Ombric, Katherine, and most notably, Emily Jane, or Mother Nature. The presence of the Man in the Moon is Questionable, as I don't like his design in the books and he is almost missable in the movie. The characters and major themes are property of Dreamworks and William Joyce. Keep in mind, also, that this is my personal take on these Characters and their relationships. There are almost three whole movies worth of content before the actual film ended up how it is, and my inspiration will be based on this, second to the books.

You knew from the start, you were like a multi tool, useful in general situations, but mostly useless. You knew you were never becoming a guardian. And its okay. You didn't mind being a kind-of guardians. But you never bargained for any of this when you signed up....

What would Christmas be without a little disturbance. Everything was getting ready and everyone was busy with preparing Christmas presents at the northern pol that no one really saw the blizzard coming their way or the ice wolf watching them. Now with Christmas in danger and the guardians frozen in place what will Jack do to save Christmas. He is all alone after all and up against a huge ice wolf. After the defeat of Pitch Black, one would assume that peace would return to the world now that it had been freed from Nightmares, and it did. Until a new threat rose. Having broken free from the prison the Guardians put him in, Jack o'Lantern has returned to get his revenge on them and the forces of Death that have forced him to wander for centuries. Accompanied by the Curse of the Pharaoh, Will-o'-the-wisp and a force of nature, Lantern is preparing for war. The Guardians must strike a deal with the servants of Death and another unlikely ally that has little interest in their cause in order to stand a chance and end Lantern's reign of terror once and for all. A new guardian is called, but why? There isn't any danger at all, but that will soon change and the guardians will have to get the new one before Pitch gets her first, what guardian is she you ask? That's for the story.
