Menu makan siang hari ini adalaha pasta, dan Apel, dan Milkshake. Tapi alih-alih merasa senang Papa membawakan makanan kesukaan, Guinzly justru kesal karena Milkshakenya hilang saat ia tinggal cuci tangan. "Mafox, tadi milkshake ku penuh, kenapa sekarang habis ya?" "Ah ... tadi jatuh, Guinz. Tidak sengaja tersenggol kucing." "Ha?!"

Semuanya berawal salah makan ketika double date di Jimbaran, sampai sakit perut yang aneh dan Nicha yang banyak maunya. "Abang kok perut aku gede ya?" "Yang, Jangan jangan itu tumor?!" "Amit-amit mulutnya ating!"
