"Chal, now get up."
[Come on, now get up.]
"What?" What is she saying?!
"Get up, get your lunch, and eat, Senior. You can't always take it for granted." She pauses, then continues, whispering. "And, I made your lunch today, it's special."
I chuckle, her ways of caring are totally different from the normal ways girls usually do.
"Okay, Junior." Tucking my phone under my ear, I get up and take out my lunch.
I tear the roti and dip it in the sabzi Junior made, the delicious flavours slowly evolving in my mouth. "Mmm, so good, Junior."
She giggles lightly. "Thank you, Senior."
"You know? Garv came up to me today, and..." I listen to her attentively while she tells me about her day.
"Sorry, I'm rambling nonse-"
"No, no. I'm listening, tell me what Aradhya did." I urge her.
"You are?" Her voice is a whisper, as if speaking louder will make me vanish.
"Yeah, I am," I whisper back. Haaye, I could spend my whole life listening to her.

"The sun looked away when you turned."
