Mai and Katsumi are best friends living in Japan who decide to dive into the latest gaming revelation: Virtual Reality. The game Gun Gale Online is the latest in a series of Virtual Reality games released onto the public market and Mai and Katsumi soon find themselves caught up in it. The game has it all, guns, explosions, questing, tournaments and realism to die for! But after settling in to the activities and quests, the two friends soon find themselves involved in a sinister plot, one that threatens the safety of more than just their in-game avatars, one that must be stopped...
