Hi!! This is my first fanfic so bear in mind it might have bad grammar but this is just for fun anyway. The basic premise of this fic is set during/post the For the Future episode of The Owl House (spoilers btw). Gus and Mattholomule reconnect after having not seen or spoke to each other since The Day of Unity :]

So I decided to write a gustholomule fanfic a couple days ago and so I published the first chapter, and started getting some attention like a couple veiws and votes. But then when I was writing the second chapter, it somehow didn't save, and it deleted ALL OF MY WORK I'm actually so mad rn but anyway... I post a new chapter every couple of days or whenever i feel like it. Enjoy! Also, I might add some smut later on in the story, but not for a while since they're like 14. Also cursing and some chapters have trigger warnings. Some of the chapters have my own art. I can't draw that good, I just like to. But others have some that I found online. Idk who any of the artists are, but I don't know any of them.

This takes place a year after the fight with belos. Gus has just turned 14 and finally got to spend time with his very busy friends who haven't been around much since they started helping rebuild and run the boiling isles. Gus doesn't blame his friends but he has felt like a fifth wheel, or third wheel due to his friends having partners that seem to be more important, which makes sense but it still makes him feel left out. gus hasn't really siad anything and would always be the one to let his friends talk to him and ask for help, even if hes like 2 years younger than them.. What nobody seems to notice is that gus has been struggling just as much, even when he acts fine. His anxiety has gotten worse and he's been having nightmares, along with his poor eating habits he's picked up due to his dad being extra busy and not having time to cook. But its not like he would tell anyone about these things, especially willow, because no one needs to be worrying about him when they have their own problems, right? but this all starts to change as gus grows closer and develops feelings for his best friend, matt. contains lgbtq+ so if that makes you uncomfortable please leave! :3 art creds go to skelestonkss

21 years ago in a kingdom where humans and witches lived in harmony, there lived the King and Queen who ruled the land with their kind hearts. Not long after their marriage, they were due to have a baby boy. However seconds after he was born, tragedy struck and the King and Queen were murdered by an unknown figure. As the castle staff became aware of the commotion in the bedroom, they not only found the figure who murdered the monarchs but that the boy was cursed with a monstrous form though this did not deter some of the staff from trying to save the boy and escape with him to one of the nearby villages. Sadly the servants that tried to save the boy were also killed but however had hid the boy within a secret cuboard within the castle walls shielding him from the figure. Those who escaped the castle, warned the villagers of the castle that lay within what they called 'the Nightmare forest' as they feared the monster that lived there which they name 'the Scarlet Beast' and most of the villagers headed the warnings though some tried to bring its head back to their village to either be given reward, glory or both. None have ever returned. If you thought you were gonna get a copout version of Disney's Beauty and The Beast but huntlow then you aren't too far off but the movie is mostly a base for this story as per the prologue which is nothing like the movie's prologue but I still hope that you enjoy! Though the most dominant ship is Huntlow, there is Lumity and Gustholomule and a tid bit of Raeda and none of the art is mine unless I specifically state it i because I do plan to add some of my original art. This is (at the very least temporarly) discontinued because lack of motivation and creativity. Very sorry for those who enjoy it! I don't think this will be forever but I need to put this on hold so I can work of some of the other fanfics I have in mind. As my name says, I am autistic and will take insults to heart so please be nice, thank you!

A Matt/Mattholomule x Agustus story of their past. Matt, or what people call him. Mattholomule finds more nightless sleeps, transfers to take the illusion track as well and slowly gets accented to Agustus. But something is right, his life isn't perfect, yeah, and he knows it, but it isn't that. It's the fact that Agustus reveals Luz's plans and knows he may never come back. Scared, worried and slowly growing empty inside Matt tries to find words to his feelings and maybe just maybe beg the Titan that Agustus get back, or maybe.... I just saw him one last time... --- None of these characters are mine! (Maybe an oc just for the plot) Cover made by me and I hope you enjoy it!!!! I'll probably call Mattholomule. Matt, but don't worry, I'll still put it on ;) Please understand that I haven't seen TOH in a long ass while! All I'm doing here is by memory. (And TRUST me, I don't have a good memory), But if I miss something, tell me!!! Also this story will be posted on AO3 under the username Lavender1512
