She's the most popular girl in school-beautiful, untouchable, the kind of girl people dare each other to talk to. When her friends bet she can't turn the quiet, nerdy guy into someone hot and make him fall for her, she accepts without hesitation. I have been chatting with some people from across the world and whenever I was asked where I was from and I told them, I am from Guyana. You would be surprised about the amount of people who asked if Guyana was located somewhere in Africa. And even for those who know about Guyana, all they know about here is the Jim Jones massacre. Even to Guyana's own citizens, I am sure they aren't aware of all the history of this amazing Land. From spectacular waterfalls and unique wildlife to tales of the lost city of El Dorado, from a diverse culture, My Guyana consists of details, fun facts and even folklore and legends of my love homeland, GUYANA.

After a year of academic beatings delivered by the one and only UG, Crystal Jones decides to take a trip to the lovely island of Jamaica for a much, MUCH-needed break. What she does not expect to find on the island is a man by the sea named Joshua, who will change the way she sees life.

People don't just disappear, do they? I don't mean a clothes-on-beach John Stonehouse sort of disappearance. Nor a dead-nanny-on-floor Lord Lucan type of crime. Those were elaborate, doing-a-runner schemes. As was my father disappearing for good with the teenage bride of a neighbour. That had simply been middle-aged madness, but I digress.
