Sir Guy is chasing the Nightwatchman, when he gets seriously injured. This story takes places just after the episode "Brother in Arms", but before "Tattoo, what tatto?" Guy and Marian are betrothed, but nobody knows of Guy's attempt to kill the king, yet. This is the result of a collaboration between Gisborne_sGirl and me. It's the first time we work together and it's a funny and pleasant experience! Neither of us is English mothertongue, so if you spot errors, please feel free to point them to us.

Originally written in 2020 Allan A Dale had been caught for poaching, again, and been thrown in the dungeons as punishment with the threat of being hanged in the near future for his crime. When Robin and the gang attempt to rescue him things go south quickly, resulting in Robin changing their plan mid rescue in order to attempt to get everyone out alive. When Guy comes across Robin and Anya fleeing the castle a fight between the two men breaks out, can Anya help Robin win the fight in her injured state? Or, will Guy win and take Anya captive, and make her into his slave?

Being close friends with Lady Marian and in love with Sir Guy of Gisbourne would be an uncomfortable situation for anyone; and it's no different for Sadie. This story belongs to the series "From Ashes", and the plot follows the events of the stories "A World That Will Not Turn to Ash" and "The Nightwatchman". To avoid spoilers, read them first. Fire can turn everything to ash, but sometimes it's possible to rise again from ashes, and, if one can make through the flames without burning, he gets stronger.
