I have written it because I always felt he was a bit shortchanged by the storylines, and the ladies, in the BBC Series, and I wanted to try to redress the balance. Originally written in 2020 Allan A Dale had been caught for poaching, again, and been thrown in the dungeons as punishment with the threat of being hanged in the near future for his crime. When Robin and the gang attempt to rescue him things go south quickly, resulting in Robin changing their plan mid rescue in order to attempt to get everyone out alive. When Guy comes across Robin and Anya fleeing the castle a fight between the two men breaks out, can Anya help Robin win the fight in her injured state? Originally written in 2016 Arianna had always been a fan of Robin Hood, she had multiple books on him and had done her thesis on him during college. She knew that no one could officially agree on who exactly he was, or what time period he lived, they only could agree that he might have been a real person. This is something I wrote for a lovely lady friend of mine. It seemed fitting for Guy to have dreamt this about Marian.
