Red Hood finds a brutally injured Danny Fenton in a back alley after patrol just after the halfa has escaped the GiW. He can't talk, and he is scared of any human around him. But Jason isn't just any human, he saved him. An aura of death has always surrounded him. He felt safe. Maybe he can trust a human again after all. Jason has no idea how to take care of this terrified and traumatized kid but he is certainly going to try. Whoever did something like this to a child is going to feel the wrath of Red Hood, right after he takes care of this kid first. And the less his brothers and Batman try and stick their noses into this the better

Danny has just escaped the GiW and they are right on his tail, he decides to take refuge in a car in an abandoned parking lot. Little does he know, the car he is currently bleeding out in is a giant twenty-four-foot-tall mech from outer space who is now very concerned for Danny's health. Or Smokescreen just wanted to go for a late-night drive, he didn't expect to adopt a human along the way.

It's the middle of the night when Danny's ghost sense goes off, he just wanted one full night of sleep but it looks like he's not going to get that anytime soon. He goes to investigate which ghost decided to pop up in the middle of the night (hopefully not Box Ghost), when he finds a strange portal has opened in the middle of Amity Park. Danny gets closer but accidentally gets sucked into the mysterious portal. Now Danny is in a world that is definitely not his own, everyone seems to have some sort of superpower and being a hero is a job. Danny got mixed up in something that he doesn't understand and now he has to try and find a way back home.
