Greetings, fellow educator/athlete of Physical and Health Education, welcome to my personal diary where I share about myself and the activities I've learned and participated in throughout this semester.

Nothing great in the world has ever been achieved without passion. My journey with Rhythmic Gymnastics says nothing less. I took my first twirl in Rhythmic Gymnastics when I was 4, and there has been no stopping since then. The grace and beauty of this sport had me fall for it every day. Despite this, the journey wasn't all rhythmic. My shortcomings often made me want to give up, but my love for sports helped me overcome all the obstacles. Day in and day out, I dedicated myself to improving my body, mind, and technical skills. My coaches, Pooja Surve and Mansi Surve have been the greatest support any athlete could ask for. In 2023, I represented India at the Senior Asian Championships held in the Philippines and received the highest score for the Indian team. This win inspired me to fly higher. Next, I won multiple medals at the 'Khelo India Youth Games' and 'National Games'. Lately, at the Egyptian Pharaohs Cup, I became the first Indian gymnast to qualify for the finals of a FIG international tournament. To date, I have won over 130 medals, and I only aim for more as I want to make my country & loved ones proud of me. Moreover, my curious mind always wanted to understand and learn the role of the scientific method in an athlete's journey. Hence, I joined Sports Science at IISM, and choosing this program has deepened my understanding of the complexities of sports science. A champion is not only a winner but also a master of her craft. Meet Kimaya Karle, a Rhythmic Gymnast and an IISM student who won 1 gold & 3 silver medals in the 34th State Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, making us all proud. Her sheer dedication and hard work led her to the winning podium. In the state championship, she ranked 2nd and has been selected for the Senior National Championships too. Jane Victoria Davis, a 18 years old female, that just graduated highschool. She been doing dancing and gymnastic since childhood and still do, She is a famous tiktok creator for her flexibility. She have over 15 million followers. She is also a Instagram model with over 3 million. She took dancing as her career. She hadn't had time to spend with her friends that lived in LA. So she called and texted them daily, they havent seen each other for the pass 3 months. Her friends had a spear room for her in their group house along with 6 other people she's close to. She currently lives in a house with her mother who she is really close to, Her stepfather how she kinda hated for trying to play the role as a father in her life, Her Step sister that is a year younger than her and they are quite best buds she also graduated with her. So yea, she gets along with the females but not the males. Her father was hit by a car protecting me, he shoved me out the way getting hit instead. So he got hurt because of me, I still blame my self for it. It was my fault, even if I was only 14 at the time, it was my birthday. But yet, my mother tried her best to keep me happy during the month of my brithday, it was useless, I felt pain. Like I'm the reason this shit happened. Yet my 18th brithday was the best, I got the best thing I could've ask for, so on I been better. Still something was telling me not to feel so free just yet, Something happened that affected me and all the people that I cared for, the people I held close to me. I took the risk of death for friends. I risked my self of my problems, the reason he was here was because of me, I'm not letting anybody get hurt because of my mistakes any longer. I'm taking the consequences for my actions. For somebody from my pass caught up with me. All of a sudden life's going great as siblings no longer call you names because you're short you're living the life cuz they're treated just like them your friends are nice Everything's going just great.
