You wake up. You have big plans. Today is the day you finally change your life, crush your goals, and become the person you know you're meant to be. Then, you reach for your phone. Just for five minutes. Suddenly, it's 2:00 PM. You're deep down an algorithmic rabbit hole, watching pressure-washing videos or scrolling through pointless drama. A heavy blanket of guilt, anxiety, and self-loathing settles over you. Why am I so lazy? Why can't I just do the work? What is wrong with my brain? Let's stop the self-sabotage right now. You are not lazy. You are just bringing a toothpick to a thermonuclear war. Every single day, you are fighting against supercomputers, advanced AI, and thousands of behavioral psychologists whose entire job is to keep your eyes locked on that screen. And you're trying to win using willpower. Spoiler alert: Willpower is a biological illusion. If that's your only plan, you've already lost. THE UPGRADE The Algorithm of Action is not another boring self-help book filled with toxic positivity, corporate clichés, or unrealistic 12-step morning routines. Written in a fast-paced, deeply psychological, and honest storytelling style, this book is your mental operating system upgrade. It is Atomic Habits meets modern, social-media-distracted Gen-Z reality. No filler. No academic jargon. Just raw human truth, actionable frameworks, and the exact protocols you need to reclaim your brain. WHAT IS INSIDE THE SYSTEM: 🧠 The Dopamine Baseline, 👥 The Identity Conflict, 🌪️ The Two-Minute Intercept, 🔍 The Focus Funnel, 🚶♂️ The Loneliness of Growth, & 🔄 The Infinite Game WHO THIS IS FOR: Students are struggling to focus on studying without checking notifications. Ambitious creators who have great ideas but struggle to execute consistently. Anyone who feels like they are wasting their potential on cheap, unearned dopamine. People are tired of feeling tired, anxious, and stuck in mediocrity.

You were never meant to be finished. You were meant to keep writing. Every book begins as a first draft - imperfect, uncertain, full of rough edges, crossed-out sentences, and pages that don't quite make sense yet. So does every life. Undrafted is for anyone standing between who they were and who they're still becoming - trying to unlearn old patterns, build something better, or simply figure out what comes next. This isn't a book about becoming a different person overnight. It isn't about perfection, or a formula that promises to fix your life. It's about revision. Sometimes growth means adding something new - a better habit, a healthier perspective, a difficult but necessary choice. Sometimes it means removing something that no longer belongs - an old belief, a destructive pattern, a version of yourself you've outgrown. And sometimes, the most important thing you can do is simply turn the page and begin again. Undrafted explores the small, meaningful shifts that shape who we become: how we think, what we repeatedly do, what we tolerate, what we believe about ourselves - and the choices we make when nobody is watching. Because real transformation rarely happens in one dramatic moment. It happens quietly. One decision. One habit. One uncomfortable truth. One small revision at a time. You may not have control over every chapter you've already lived. But the story isn't over. There are still pages left. And every page can still be rewritten.

How is it possible that journaling can change your life? You wouldn't believe if I said this because it's going to feel so surreal but I am here to let you know the changes that you're about to experience is so profound where you wouldn't even believe it's actually happening. Your mental health is going to improve significantly I can't run away from the fact that how ONE simple habit can impact your mindset significantly. Didn't they said this once? "It is usually the smallest step that holds the greatest impact in your life." That's exactly what journaling does my friend. In simple term, journaling is an act of writing but the key here is to treat it like a therapy. The only difference is you don't need to pay. It is completely FREE. You can do it anytime and anywhere just by yourself. Another fun fact is that there's no fear of judgment over here. Sometimes in life we don't need opinion/feedback/consolation/motivation in fact sometimes we just want to be HEARD. Our thoughts need EARS. Our thoughts need ATTENTION. They just need to be released and that's where your journal comes into play my friend. Here are some hacks of journaling that I've compiled over the years: Treat journaling as if you're speaking to your therapist. Make journaling your positive stress coping mechanism. There's no specific structure/system for you to specifically follow. Instead be free. Let yourself loose and go with the flow. Write whatever you're feeling right now. Write the mixed thoughts that is running all over your mind right now. Release all the mental energy and emotions that is compressed within your being right now. Once you do this I promise you this. You are going to feel an instant energy shift. Do you know why? As you're writing you are actually releasing the tension from your being directly through your pencil/pen flowing into your journal. You are going to feel so much lighter and if you would ask me "How is this going to improve my mental health?"
