You wake up. You have big plans. Today is the day you finally change your life, crush your goals, and become the person you know you're meant to be. Then, you reach for your phone. Just for five minutes. Suddenly, it's 2:00 PM. You're deep down an algorithmic rabbit hole, watching pressure-washing videos or scrolling through pointless drama. A heavy blanket of guilt, anxiety, and self-loathing settles over you. Why am I so lazy? Why can't I just do the work? What is wrong with my brain? Let's stop the self-sabotage right now. You are not lazy. You are just bringing a toothpick to a thermonuclear war. Every single day, you are fighting against supercomputers, advanced AI, and thousands of behavioral psychologists whose entire job is to keep your eyes locked on that screen. And you're trying to win using willpower. Spoiler alert: Willpower is a biological illusion. If that's your only plan, you've already lost. THE UPGRADE The Algorithm of Action is not another boring self-help book filled with toxic positivity, corporate clichés, or unrealistic 12-step morning routines. Written in a fast-paced, deeply psychological, and honest storytelling style, this book is your mental operating system upgrade. It is Atomic Habits meets modern, social-media-distracted Gen-Z reality. No filler. No academic jargon. Just raw human truth, actionable frameworks, and the exact protocols you need to reclaim your brain. WHAT IS INSIDE THE SYSTEM: 🧠 The Dopamine Baseline, 👥 The Identity Conflict, 🌪️ The Two-Minute Intercept, 🔍 The Focus Funnel, 🚶♂️ The Loneliness of Growth, & 🔄 The Infinite Game WHO THIS IS FOR: Students are struggling to focus on studying without checking notifications. Ambitious creators who have great ideas but struggle to execute consistently. Anyone who feels like they are wasting their potential on cheap, unearned dopamine. People are tired of feeling tired, anxious, and stuck in mediocrity.

Facts that are so true, you don't realise you do it. This happens. Perhaps, not to all of us ,but it happens. You might wanna prepare for a lot of cringing and nods and what not. I sometimes find myself doing this unconsciously. PS. This is NOT a horror novel. Warning: Causes extreme reflection on your Iife, realization may also occur. Enjoy:)

This poem is about a girl who forgot she ever existed and started believing her own mind. Not knowing her mind was her worst enemy, she was devastated by anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Loneliness was her best friend along with her mental disorders. She thought she wasn't good enough, she believed her thoughts, for years. This made her miserable, she bullied her body everyday, every minute, it was a routine she'd follow. High school was tough, but so was her life. She cried herself to sleep almost every night, it was normal for her. Not realizing it was killing her inside.

I look up at the starts through the clearing, as the smoke of rom the fire clouds my line of sight. Running through my mind still was the question Charles had just asked. "Why does everything have to go downhill always?" I pondered this for many minutes. Maybe I don't know. Maybe I'm the only one who's never wondered about this. In August I would be heading to Yale and I didn't know how to answer this question. Maybe no one knows. Have people tried to figure it out? Probably. But maybe no ones ever tried. But is it possible? To know why good things always go to those who greed and to sinners of this race? Why do pissy people get to pick and choose and name the stars? Why do the most overrated people get the keys to the future? Why are some of us born underclassmen in a world that we can't change? Why hasn't anyone tried to change it? Maybe they just haven't tried hard enough... Not yet... Not yet they haven't.
