This is a story about two star-crossed lovers. Hades and Persephone. They have to face some tough obstacles but will they end up together? *intended for mature audiences* i do use webtoon art but i did not base my story of theirs

This telling of Hades and Persephone I did for a school project and is super short, just a one pager. It was for a vocabulary assignment so sorry if it's not stellar. I do intend to write a longer Hades and Persephone story some time in the future though. Persephone's has been placed in a horrible position, choose the one she truly loves or disobey her mother. This choice is not an easy one as you may think, her new place in her society has complicated things more, risking the wrong choice being made. Will she make the choice to make herself happy? Or agree with her mother and live a life of virgin solitude.

"Hades had grown accustomed to living in darkness. In fact, after ruling over it for so long, he preferred it, which was why he found it so curious he would be drawn to such light. That he would venture out of the shadows and into the land of the living just to catch a glimpse of it; so radiant, so warm, so bright. But here he was, yet again." It's love at first sight when Hades, the king of the underworld, sees the goddess of spring Persephone frolicking in the meadow. Light quickly illuminates the dark, but the promise that brings them together is soon overshadowed by the lie that threatens to tear them apart.

I can't move. I am frozen in disbelief. All I can do is watch as my best friend takes her last breath. "No!" I scream. I will not lose her. I begin to sob, "Please don't leave me." I refuse to lose anyone else. -- Cora finds herself in an unusual situation when she loses her best friend. As she travels to the underworld, she makes new friends and finds possible love. A retelling of old classics, and the creation of new stories to be told. . The year is 3015. In a world ruled by Gods, Aubrey Santiago finds himself being the lone wolf in every situation. Haunted by the weight of torment and knowledge, he knows that the system is corrupt and that his superiors are up to something wicked.
