Hello! My name is Hadlee Rain. I'm thirty(something), average(ish) weight, vertically challenged, and work as a pest control specialist. (Sounds like a great dating profile description, am I right?) What I'm about to tell you is top secret. It goes in the vault, buried in a Doomsday bunker, and then tucked away in the molten core of a volcano. Like, I'd tell you but then I'd have to kill you secret. Except, I am going to tell you, but I'm not going to kill you. And I don't know anyone with a vault. Or a Doomsday bunker. And I don't really fancy a trek into an active volcano. Anyway, I think you get the point. This day I'm going to tell you about is the day I made a name for myself... Otherwise known as the worst day of my life. And, if you knew my history, you'd know that's really saying something.

I would like to, first off, thank candywishez and kychamp for inspiring me to make this book. Now this is the first book I've ever written, so don't expect everything to be perfect. Max Acda, Hadlee Edwards, and Victoria Trumann have been best friends since the 8th grade. They have been through everything together, and they know everything about each other. Max Acda is the straight A student, and is mostly know for being a shy and social inept nerd. Most people only know her for her popular best friend Hadlee Edwards. Hadlee Edwards is the outgoing and positive person who knows almost everyone in the entire school. She's a cheerleader for the Lampton High School Hawks. Victoria Trumann is the cool bad girl. She has ruined the innocence of both her friends. They're all so different from one another. Will they're friendship last before graduation? Hadlee Pallara a sixteen-year-old girl who has had a traumatic childhood now needs to run for her life away from her father who is a top drug dealer in America. Her father Isiah Pallara has had many children with all different women and he is in possession of all of them except Hadlee who has been constantly on the run. When all of his children turn eighteen they will compete to see who is the best candidate to take over his business.
