Kaveh dies, and Alhaitham accidentally shifts to a modern alternate universe where he meets modern Kaveh. He takes advantage of this chance to prevent Kaveh from dying in this universe.

ᴀᴜ ᴍᴀᴅᴇ ʙʏ @ᴍɪʏ.ᴋᴀᴠ ᴏɴ ᴛɪᴋᴛᴏᴋ! Basically, Alhaitham went on a 'trip' for a couple weeks, leaving Kaveh alone with a cat that looks suspiciously like Haitham. However, Kaveh being the cat lover he is, finds this cat left by Haitham and cares for it until Haitham returns from his trip. What Kaveh doesn't know, is that this cat is Haitham taking part in the experiment of a cats life for a couple weeks. Will Kaveh find out the cat is his roommate?

A crossover of the Genshin and HSR worlds: HaiKaveh and RatioRine Kaveh and Alhaitham get together, and after marrying, use the aid of science and alchemy to have a child, who is no other than the HSR character Dr. Ratio. He grows up and leaves Teyvat to make his own life, eventually ending up in Pier Point where he meets Aventurine, and they fall in love after the events of Penacony. After becoming official, Ratio suggests a trip across the cosmos for Aventurine to meet and visit Alhaitham and Kaveh. Cover art originally by rainubrew

Won't be spoiling it hehe, but the plot is Alhaitham and Kaveh being enemies in highschool, there will be some mixed confessions, fluff, angst, maybe nsfw, but the whole story is them being enemies to lovers.

So you let Kaveh get sick. Congratulations! Now you have to take care of him, but how exactly does one care for a sick Kaveh? Luckily, Alhaitham is here to give you all the answers. This fic is slightly inspired by Latiwings "Teyvat's Guide to Roommates" series on AO3. It's a good read, I highly recommend it. I do not own Genshin Impact or the characters, I just really like Haikaveh. I did, however, make the cover art

A Haikaveh one-shot ••• Alhaitham and Kaveh are completely different people in every given sense. Yet it never stopped Alhaitham from offering his home to Kaveh, and it never stopped Kaveh from accepting the invitation. Alhaitham has always harbored feelings for Kaveh, whether he had realized it or not, and he is frankly getting tired of being so close to someone without being able to express his yearning. So, he drinks.
