Iwaizumi accepts a job to be a highschool's volleyball team coach after Oikawa convinces him it'll be a fun way to spend his break from training the men's National volleyball team. He didn't expect anything but work experience out of this gig but meeting the teacher responsible for his position there showed him it wasn't all about volleyball anymore.
