As the eldest son of the chieftain he was tasked with protecting the village when his father left to aid in the war. As an older brother, he has to take care of his younger siblings Sokka and Katara. After their mother was killed, too much changed. He didn't have time for fun and games with war on their borders. To keep his remaining family safe he had to close off his heart and train relentlessly for the battle he knew they'd face eventually. The Avatar wasn't coming back. Or at least, that's what Ayaan thought, until a bald kid with blue arrows showed up.

Hakoda, chief of the Southern Water Tribe, is now a widower, a single father with a baby son to raise. But some of the elders of the tribe don't like his son, a premature child. It is indeed customary for premie children to be abandoned, but Hakoda refuses to give up his son, and is now on the run from the whole tribe. What measures will Hakoda to protect his young child from the harsh frigidity of the South Pole and the rough terrain of the Earth Kingdom

Agnikaa is , as her father Paru once said , truly the key of balance. The only problem is that she or anyone can't figure out what he meant by that. And Agnikaa won't give up on trying to restore the balance. But one person makes it almost impossible, Princess of Fire Nation Azula or as people might say : her best friend. Things between them are not like everyone thinks so when they have their biggest argument , Kaa is banished from the Fire Nation. She is alone , scared but more than all, she is angry , furious and she swears revenge. Fortunately, Hakoda from the southern water tribe , finds her when she was one step closer to death and took her with him. She's loyal to him and owes him her life so when he sends her on a mission what will happen? Revenge, love , chaos , betrayal , anger , peace and sadness

Ever since she was little, Adara has heard of the adventures that her grandfather shared with the Avatar before he disappeared. Her grandfather never forgot his friend and neither will Adara. He believed that the Avatar will one day return. Adara just never thought she would actually meet the Avatar or be the one to capture him.

What if? ....of the things that could change, this is would have the biggest impact. An AU of Katara and kya switching fates, but kya died didn't she? but who would kill a child? Yon Rah wouldn't. Years later, Katara joins up with her brother and the gaang, to end this war....hopefully Zutara? Maybe this is more of a Katara-centric.

Katara gets rescued and needs to help her new family to stop the new threat from rising. Will they be able to stop this new threat, or will they fail to save what matters most in the end? This is also talking about the past and will be leading into the future for Katara and Zuko and the Fire Nation. I do not own the names from "The Last Airbender."
