Corporate slave, Vee, takes it upon herself to convince her brother to move with her to the Valley their deceased grandfather used to call home. After inheriting his farm and growing sick of the corporate lifestyle, the two siblings take it upon themselves to start a new life. Vee hoped to find themselves in a quiet life, keeping to themselves but enjoying the occasional local or two. But this small town had plans of its own. Friendships, tension, jealousy, unspoken feelings, rumors, and a certain pastel-covered girl begin pulling Vee out of her shell and into a life she never expected. The parts are on the longer side. Haley thinks highly of herself and doesn't take kindly to people hurting the people she cared for. That includes the local farmer that she befriended. she doesn't know how to handle when he passes and his granddaughter, that abandoned him, shows up trying to take his place in the community. Write's notes: I always thought there could be more context to why Haley was so mean to the new farmer other than just - mean girl. Here is a starting idea. The lays a foundation.
