My story will be about a nine year old girl Maria and her friends that decide to explore a spooky haunted house instead of going to a Halloween party or trick or treating in the neighborhood of Barrington, Illinois. In the one room, they find a treasure chest with candy corn candy. Eventually, she and her friends hear strange and spooky sounds in the haunted house. Maria thinks that she should do something else fun for the night. Or as another plan to come up with the next adventure.
