Nearly everyone is familiar with the adventures of the simulation soldiers from Bloodgulch and the exploits of the agents Carolina, Washington, Maine, Wyoming, Texas, C.T., Florida, and the Dakotas. However, there were plenty of other men and women that made up the ranks of Project Freelancer. These are the tales of those unsung individuals. Credit to u/Wangtimeee for the cover. By the year 2015 humans have developed practical means of interstellar travel, but as they expand further out into the Milky Way, they disturb a previously unknown race of alien beings. Very shortly after the USAs United National Space Command [UNSC] discovers their exsitence, the aliens, known as Ecarians, send several scouting parties out to find the humans planet. One of the scouting parties lands outside of Des Plaines, Illinois which has a heavy population of supernaturals. One of them, a Sergeant from the local SWAT team by the name of Zuton Cruton, befriends one of the aliens, Zorra. She convinces the leader of their squad, Will, who is also the Deputy of the aliens, to ask to call off the attack. He aggrees, but his request is harshly denied and he and several other aliens defect to the humans side just in time for the invasion by the Ecarian Space Navy [ESN] of Earth... Quick description of the Ecarians: They have claw-like hands, pupil-less eyes of any color, and hair that can be any color and/or color combination.

This is a Halo fanfiction that I thought of. My OC, Luna 'Moon' Halsey also known as Subject 118, grows up with the Spartans at the UNSC since she was six. But a few years later she is torn from her friends and the only family she has known since her real family's death on the planet of Eridanus II. Only true family she has now is Doctor Halsey and the AI Cortana. How will she be reunited and how will her new family treat her if she returns.
