Halt Stories

Will has been a full-fledged Ranger for some time now. He lives on his own, and everything seems fine. Or so it seems. Day by day, the young Ranger grows more exhausted. Everyone around him dismisses it as overwork and lack of sleep - everyone except Will. He insists on one thing: someone is watching him. He feels threatened. His unease turns into growing paranoia. But is something truly wrong... or is his mind beginning to slip? Is there really someone out there - or is his mental health slowly falling apart? Will he find support among the people closest to him, or will he be forced to face it all alone? For the purpose of this story, all characters live in the same town. As always, I do not own Ranger's Apprentice or any characters created by John Flanagan. This is only a fanfiction - my own interpretation and exploration of the world. Note: This is an English translation of my Polish story. English is not my first language, so please forgive any small mistakes.

This takes place after book 14 in the Ranger's Apprentice series (also book 3 in the Royal Ranger series.) Alyss escaped the burned building! She also was pregnant when the inn burned down, with twins. She has to find a way to get back to Will, but over the years she has had to live in Picta keeping her identity unknown and raising her twins without a father. She needs not only to earn enough money, but to escape the sentries on the Picta border.

Alyss was said to be dead. At least, that's what a report from the Ranger at Anselm Fief had said. She has gone into hiding as Catherine Altright for the past few weeks in Anselm itself until she earns enough money to travel to Redmont. All seemed well when she met Will again and he ends up falling in love with her secret identity. At first, it seemed like they were going to have a happy relationship. Until someone decided to take Alyss away from Will. Now Will has to save her, Halt has to keep his mouth shut about Catherine being Will's supposedly late wife and Alyss has to postpone the fact that she has to die by the same thing that was supposed to take her. Fire. Will Halt and Will be able to save Alyss in time? Will Halt be able to keep his mouth shut until Alyss tells Will? These questions will be answered as you read. How will Abby turn out like if she grows up without a mother?

Ailoruos and Amaterasu have met the Rangers of Araluen. Who knows what secrets they shall uncover and people they will meet as they train under Gilan and Crowley. This one has some darker moments in the beginning I don't own RA characters or a lot of other characters in this.

Y/n, the daughter of Halt, knows more about young Will than he does himself. But she has sworn to her father, the mysterious Ranger, that she will not give away that information until the time is right. After Will is denied of his apprenticeship for Battle school, The Ranger Halt takes him in as an apprentice. A Rangers Apprentice.

A sequel to my other story called "Battle for Skandia Continuation." Halt and Will travel to Castle Araluen which lets Will see his old friends for the first time in months, but they also receive orders for Ranger Commandant Crowley for a new mission.
