I stand there. I'm unable to move. I'm unable to speak. I open my mouth to say something, but nothing manages to escape. I look like a fish out of water with my mouth opening and closing. While on the other hand, he looks at me, a bit of humor in his eyes as he watches.

A mild-mannered demon escapes hell to the overworld only to be greeted by the rudest angel he'd ever met, the only angel he'd ever met, and it's the start of a partnership unwanted by one and unexpected by the other. Aaron Burr was a boy who lived in Snowdin, a place lonely and cold to him, his older sister, Sally, was his only comfort. She wasn't around all that often anymore while trying to become a part of the royal guard but he tried to be supportive anyway. Alone, he often left his make shift post his sister made for him to travel to the door to The Ruins. No one ever came there or from there so it was a place he felt safe, albeit often getting sick if he stayed out too long it was better to have a place to vent than stay held up in his home alone. Alexander Hamilton was a boy who'd lived alone in The Ruins for quite a while now, avoiding the door his father left through and his mother told him to stop visiting before she passed when he had abandoned them. Tired of never ending grief and loneliness he let his curiosity get the best of him and one day went to the door. It was a decision he would never regret because he met someone oddly similar yet different from himself that actually wanted to talk to him. It was a companionship they both needed and were happy to have, even if they were both hidden behind the door with their true identities a mystery to one another.

Being a single parent is as hard as it gets, Alexander and Aaron couldn't agree more with that statement. Aaron still mourns the death of his wife, but with a little girl as wonderful as his, he will always find a reason to smile. Alex isn't exactly the best role model for his son, but he has enthusiasm and loves him to the moon and back. After an incident at the school their children attend, parents bond over the love for their children and with the two kids becoming friends, they see each other even more than before, giving them plenty of time to grow closer.

Alexander stopped him, though, by grabbing hold of his wrist, and Aaron looked back, meeting his eyes as he spoke. "Burr, do not throw away your shot."

If you liked The Life of Single Parents you'll probably like this au, this is just more dramatic to fit more traditional western movies. Aaron, a teacher, moved to a small town with his daughter. He aimed to leave behind his past in the city and embark on a new life in peace. He began by restoring the abandoned school and doing what he loved by giving each child a fair chance to be educated. It wasn't always easy in the untamed town, especially not with the local farmer and his son testing his patience. Still, through shared experiences, both fond and dangerous, the teacher would find his heart captivated with the farm and its owner. Alexander was a farmer who almost constantly works in order to feed the town, he was the only farmer for quite some distance so the responsibility had fallen on him. He was a well-educated man and did his best to teach his son, but with upholding the duties of the farm as well as teaching, he felt he was growing behind a little more each day, so when a new teacher arrived he was happy to let his son attend. Little had he known the adventures this choice would bring and just how much of an impact the teacher would have on his life, both socially and romantically.

Long ago there was a princess named Olivia she was the daughter of King George the lll but when she met the Hamilton's she changed. Her best friends Lila and Will where both left at the castle after the attack. Stay tuned to see if Olivia will make it out alive.
