Welcome to my book, this is quite literally just what the title states, a bunch of random things all in one book. Please keep in mind, the chapters are not related whatsoever; this is not a story. As he hides his colorblindness from you and your friends, he's also writing you anonymous post-It's, sticking them under your desk after he leaves, for you to see. Some people would tell you to ignore it for your own safety, after all, he could be some creepy senior pulling a prank. But sometimes, you just can't go against curiosity.
