{CURRENTLY UNDER MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION} It's a year after the "Big Pickle", and Benny "The Jet" Rodrigues became a neighborhood legend, since he tamed the beast Hercules, but one thing still hasn't changed; he's not on the baseball team, and that was thanks to the school newspaper and a frightened Phillips, who decided to use bribery to achieve his means. Of course, this didn't bother him much. He simply continued on his merry way, playing at the Sandlot with his best friends, and having late night camp outs in the Timmon's tree house. All was well, and they didn't want anything to change. That is, until two tomboys moved in next door. The sisters quickly caught the eye of the group, and some felt like they should take them in, others felt they shouldn't, and that things were okay as they were. This story is about those girls, and their lives in this group, along with their lives after it.

Benny had always been friends with Alan, or as his friends call him 'yeah-yeah'. Yeah-Yeah's older sister had always been forced to hang out with him and his friends other than when the played baseball. Alyssa had always been in the 'popular' group at school, god only knows how. Probably because she was really pretty and friends with Wendy Prefercorn, yet they are total opposite's. As Alyssa and Benny got older they grew closer to each other because they were the same age. Benny finds out lots about Alyssa and they start to gain feelings for each other. What will they turn out to be?

"I miss screaming and fighting and kissing in the rain, now it's 2 am and I'm cursing your name." Hope Brown wasn't planning on sticking around, neither was her grandma. Tyler Avril Smalls has just moved into the neighborhood and she doesn't like it there. Her mom and step-father are constantly fighting. Scotty on the other hand doesn't have any friends. Maggie smalls is new to the town with her dopey brother scotty smalls her her new stepdad who she wasn't too proud about and her mother. maggie has. always been a tomboy. and she loved baseball,not softball, but baseball. but all the guys she hung with were really sexist and diddent care for her playing. so, when she meets a group of 8... her and her. brother decide it might not be o bad after all, especially since a really cute cubby redhead caught her eye.

"She's just a girl! She can't play ball!" That's what everyone said about Ellie Parker, at least the boys and all the bossy preppy girls in her neighborhood. But they wouldn't bring her down, she was going to do what she loved. Back to the un-encouraging words, everyone said that about you. Accept Benny that is.

Marie vowed to never ever let somebody tell her no just because of her gender or anything else for that matter, and she did exactly that. She joined a baseball team full of lovable dorks who are her only friends but that's okay cause she wouldn't want anyone else by her Side. Let's See where this summer takes her shall we.
