Laurence Cooper, a young Oxford student, is obsessed with William Shakespeare and his favourite play, Hamlet. When a research trip to Wittenberg for his thesis gives him access to an old university archive, he discovers a forgotten text that could challenge everything he thought he knew about the most famous tragedy in literature. His search will take him from Germany to Denmark, where he meets Nikolaj, a Danish boy whose impulsive and unpredictable nature is unlike anything Laurence is used to.

Based on the Shakespearian play, The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. Ophelia, made Lady by the Queen. She drifted in ponds whilst other Ladies bully her for her reputation as a low ranked Lady. She wore flowers for jewels in here hair, and beautifully beaded necklace for diamonds. Hamlet, The Prince of Denmark. He was sent at a young age to university for studies, arrived back to his home, and lays eyes upon Ophelia as they tackle into each other near a foreseen lake. No Lady or commoner is to be betroth to a higher court. But..this story is not just treacherous love, Queen Amelia has a secret..and Ophelia is the only lady that knows. Will she be able to keep that away from the prince? If the prince finds out..? Well... your just gonna have to wait and see;)

So I'm in a Shakespeare class at school and we're currently reading Hamlet. Me and my friend were joking around and said "What if someone made a Hamlet Ophelia fanfic?" We laughed about it but then I thought about it and welp here it is. I think it's actually pretty good so far and I hope you all enjoy!
