Hamlet AU (kinda) Rey is Ophelia, Kylo is Hamlet, Obiwan is Polonius, Leia and Han are Gertrude and Claudius, Poe is Laertes, and Finn is Prince Fortinbras. Elsinore High has had to worry about whatever Hamlet might be up to ever since he was a freshman. That's nothing new. Things have never, however, been quite like this. When a new principal arrives at the school to take the position that once belonged to Hamlet's father, Hamlet is convinced that certain recent events were no accident. Someone just needs to bring that fact to light, and with just a few short weeks until graduation, that someone may have to be the dangerously in-over-his-head theatre kid. In other words, it's Hamlet, but told as a late eighties high school story.

What if Horatio overheard Hamlet's Uncle, King Claudius, plan to kill Hamlet by having Hamlet's rival Laertes cheat in a fencing mach with a un-foiled blade? And what if Horatio also heard of the unfair, and unplanned, death of Laertes's father and the head advisor to the king who was named Polonius? Story, 'THE IMPRINT', is a memoir of a small boy, born in a village of north Indian state and details the events of 1963-64 when he was curious about almost everything surrounding him. As he lived there, he fortunately got enough opportunities to observe minutely various activities happening around. This story depicts his observations around his house, in the forests, farmland, nearby places and also his attachment to his grandfather. His special attention towards an old man whose continuous chanting of the God's name, his simplicity, his nature of solo walking through dense forest during nights and the episode of ghost, left a permanent imprint on his mind.
