Sure he have uncle auntie and even a grandfather but he hides his identity only grandpa sano, Izana and some members of 1st gen black dragons know about him. Your asking why he hides his identity..... its because he needs to be safe his father is well known in world of delinquents many people like him but also many people hate him as well. He needs to be safe in order to survive. But what will happen when he got involved into something troublesome. Read and find out what will happen.
