So I saw a single piece of art on Pinterest of SMG4 x Hanaki desease so I wanted to make a fanfiction with it :3

storyline: emma (they're trans) was tired of her body so she cut her hair, hid her chest and became a male. they're (jake) family didn't accept it so she got kicked out and they had no choice but to move in with her best friend. soon at school they met a person which would soon to be they're love of they're life, (literally his name is mark, idfc take the classic name) mark soon contracted hanaki and died. after a bit jake found something majestic. (thats it I'm not spoiling the rest)
