A disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal but when the infection is removed the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear.

SAD ENDING This was meant to be a fucking oneshot but it's really descriptive and uhh fucking hanaki disease is a cool concept. Originally meant for a female reader, but it can also work with a male reader because there's nothing in here that I have planned that can't happen to a guy I had too much fun with the blur tool while drawing the cover

It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear. Also this is my first story so I'll really try my best. Edit: I wrote this story when I was little so please excuse my AWFUL writing lol.
