Keith, Lance, and Hunk are in a loving relationship together until they go on a dangerous mission to collect data. Keith gets badly wounded and isn't due out of the healing pod for a few human weeks. Hunk and Lance try to get their minds off of the possibility of Keith's death by spending time together. Zarkon attacks a day later. Read to know what happens next :) Started on April 21, 2018.

Never say die. So simple, so bright, so easy. Even so, they are just words. Three little words. Three words. How can three words mean so much? Hunk and Lance had been friends for as long as time allowed, having learned that three words made life so much easier. They faced trials and pain, but never said die. Until now.

[ KLANCE ] Keith just returned from his world-traveling to reconquer the fallen pieces of his father's illegal empire. The industry is known for the production and distribution of the extraordinary substance that awakens superpowers in the 21st century. He and his best friend and relative, Shiro, vow to destroy the Defenders responsible for breaking the Kogane Industry-specifically the one who landed the killing blow on Keith's father. Lance, the Defender responsible, has a dilemma: on top of dealing with the evil dark guys chasing him around every corner, he swore to himself that he'd win the heart of the beloved, the perfect, the wonderful Hunk Garrett who works at the flower shop across from Lance's day job at an Alterra coffee shop in downtown Milwaukee. Not only that, but this mysterious fella has started to frequent Alterra, and the existential crisis his customer, Keith, thrusts on him is far too much to handle. Neither of them aware of each others' everyday appearances, Keith falls head over heals for Lance at Alterra, and Lance considers that perhaps... it wouldn't be so bad to love someone other than Hunk.

Lance had a secret, one that only his friend Hunk knew. Terrified that it'd get him kicked out of the team he keeps it hidden, desperately trying to stop the others from seeing. But when he has no way to hide it anymore, he's forced to face the team and tell them the truth, to tell them everything. A head cold had never been so disabling. --- I don't own Voltron or any art. Shay broke up with Hunk and Keith and Lance were there for Hunk in a heartbeat to cheer him. Even though they try to focus on Hunk, Keith and Lance have relationship issues and continuously argue. Hunk doesn't want them to break up because then he'd have to choose a side and he'd hate to do that, but is there another reason too? - - - This is a klunk fanfiction (keithxlancexhunk). Hunk and Lanc have been good friends for quite a long time They are out in space fulfilling there duties as paladins of voltron. From when they first met Hunk has had a crush on Lance, and Lance has had a crush on Hunk. Both are scared to tell one another as to not break their friendship.
