Thinking of the male partner who had only been able to live for two years, Lisa had a distressed conscience and began to take care of the gloomy boy. 2 years later, they had both become each other's lift and the boy would stand up again and be able to hold her. *** She had seen a passage when she was reading a book about Asperger's Syndrome. The passage had explained that people with Asperger's Syndrome generally suffered from "love disorder". Some believe that a small percentage of people with Asperger's Syndrome have an IQ far exceeding that of ordinary people, but their EQ is much lower than that of ordinary people. In terms of emotions, they are more like children with blank slates. That's why Lisa was so sure that Jungkook would never like her. He would rely on her, take care of her, and protect her, but he would not like her like a man likes a woman because Tan Mo did not understand this type of emotion. Some say that some people with Asperger's Syndrome will never understand what love is in their entire lives. Perhaps a number of people will understand, but in some cases, people on the higher scale of AS are too paranoid and sometimes overarchingly possessive. With this came a large amount of trouble that came from being too obsessed with one person. Few people could understand or handle such love, which leads to tragedy.

In my novel, Dreamer - Signs and Portents, a person simply known as the Dreamer pierces the veil to one of the world's most closely held secrets. Monsters of myth and legend continue to exist to this day. They have perfected the magical ability to mask themselves as humans and walk among their prey unnoticed. Those gifted with the ability to Dream can see through this thin veneer when the conditions are right and the stakes high enough. Dreamers are controlled by the ruling monsters of the world to keep the rest of them in line. They hide from humans with the ruse that they are just ancient legends and fairy tales. The rules are Dreamers come when ordered, recount their Dreams completely and without embellishment, and for doing so, they remain off the prey list. Dreaming comes with a cost, however. It takes up so much of the body's resources that it has left the Dreamer paralyzed from the waist down and riddled with multiple health conditions. As they navigate the intrigue-ridden world of the monsters, they must also balance their failing health.

Olivia is unwittingly the promulgation of a zombie apocalypse. Going through an experimental treatment to help her walk again, something goes terribly wrong in the lab and unleashes a virus that was hidden deep within Olivia. Although the treatment does in fact help Olivia strengthen and eventually walk, the results are not the same for other humans. The treatment was meant to “super-cure” olivia and while it does that for her it kills other human hosts – or worse- it turns some humans into zombies. Some zombies even acquire “super-powers”.

A mysterious mountain man begins writing to you about his life. He currently resides in a old folks home, and you do not want to let him waste his time on letters that won't be read, so you accept them with appreciation. You do not know this man what so ever, but you begin to learn a lot from these letters.
