Everything in Hank's life had always seemed pretty normal. She had a good home life, played football with the other kids, and had two close friends - even if one of them lived in a scrapyard with his dad. But when a chance encounter puts Hank face-to-face with something she can't explain, it leads her to realize that the world around her isn't as ordinary as she thought. And it's only the beginning. Before long, she finds herself pulled into something far bigger than she ever could have imagined. (Disclaimer: I don't own Transformers. This is a fan-made story.)

Magma Mandy lived a somewhat quiet life alone in her cavern. That quickly changed the moment her home was attacked, forcing her to flee into the unknown Enchanted Woods. Connor wasn't always half Android, he could remember blurs of when he looked normal. Even though he wasn't fully Android he took part in the revolution with Markus. Was there when he married North. He was 17 when it all happened and 18 when he entered college. 21 when he met his partner and thrown into the deep end. Only question is...will he drown or finally swim to the surface?

A determined voice called, followed by the rhythmic footsteps as Connor made his way into the light of the Detroit City Police Department, stepping briskly through the doors and stopping as his eyes fell on a weary and slightly irritated Hank, "We've got a lead." The android finished, adjusting his uniform as the older man heaved a sigh and nodded, "Yeah, I just heard from Reed." "The deviant hasn't just killed one person, Lieutenant. This deviant has killed five."

The happy-to-help android tilted his head in confusion like he was listening to something. Conner had removed his LED a few weeks ago, but Hank was sure that if it was still on, it would be a racing yellow. "HAnk? Am I stilL hEre?...am...aLivE?" His voice had that robotic edge again, making it very muffled and echo-y. "YES!" Hank yelled into his face, "Yes Connor, you are! You are alive! Fight back you son-of-a-bitch! Fight back!" Conner's hands began to clench and twitch uncontrollably. Hank took a step back. "I Am aLiVe?" Connor repeated weakly.
