Yakky Doodle stars in this parody of alien invasion movies - for instance, the title is taken from the 1988 movie Killer Klowns from Outer Space. If this were a real cartoon, it would probably be made sometime around 1993-1994ish, by which point Jimmy Weldon was the only remaining living voice actor from the original Yakky cartoons.

Snooper and Blabber tie the knot and decide to have their honeymoon at the Looney Villa Country Club. But when a murder occurs at the club, Snooper and Blabber realize that crime doesn't take vacations and must find out who is the murderer.

When Scooby accidentally gets the gang's streaming show cancelled while filming at an abandoned asylum, a mysterious villain shows up, claiming he can show Scooby his ultimate destiny and a way to rid him of his fears. However, when escaping this mysterious foe, Scooby and the gang are saved by the Staraptor Saviors, a mysterious hero group. Then, a worldwide adventure unfolds to discover the villain's true intents and why he seems to specifically need Scooby. Things are only made harder when Scooby and Shaggy's friendship is really put to the test in the midst of it all.
