Hannah Parker left the UK when she was nineteen. She went to New York. There she met Sam Strachan. Three years later, they're back in Holby. Grace doesn't want Connie to know they're back. Things don't go to plan when Hannah is admitted into the ED for stomach pains. Connie is her doctor. Tensions rise between Sam and Connie which causes Hannah to think there's unresolved feelings between them. When Sam decides he's staying in Holby, he convinces Hannah to stay too. But can their relationship survive?
