Since I begun investigating crimes I had been compared to Will Graham more times then I care to remember. I will admit his ability to empathize with the criminals is amazing but what I did was not that. Instead of empathizing I use my ability to copy others. Since childhood I realized my personality had always morphed into those around me. To use this mistake in a good way I now become the killers I track. This has accidentally attracted the attention of Hannibal. There had always been a small risk of our becoming of a killer to go farther then just thinking, perhaps it could turn into doing. Hannibal planned to explore this possibility.

{⚠DISCONTINUED⚠} --Hannibal x Reader-- Doctor Lector returns from the kitchen holding two platters on his right arm and one in his left hand. "Steak au poivre vert. A simple dish of medium rare steak simmered in and topped with green pepper sauce with a side of freshly picked cherry tomatoes. I'm sorry for the wait." I smile brighter at the dish as he pours me and Will a cup of red wine. "There's no need to apologize, Hannibal." Will assured Doctor Lector as he finally speaks up. "It looks incredible!" I tell him honestly, causing Doctor Lector to smile sweetly. "I'd like to hope that it tastes that way too." Chuckling lightly we both smile and dig in. "You know," I start, chuckling lightly to myself, "I find it quite humorous that your name and the word "cannibal" are one letter off!" Doctor Lector freezes for a moment, Will also doing the same. "Oh, I'm sorry. Was that not okay?" I ask Will more than Doctor Lector. Will shakes his head lightly. "Oh, okay! I'm sorry Doctor, that's my bad." The silence that only my voice clashed with was shattered with his own. "No, no, it's quite alright." I shyly lower my head in shame. "I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned that." Another second of silence washes over us. "Anyway, let's talk about something more interesting, shall we?"

Hannibal finds you walking in the rain on your way home. He takes you back to his place since yours is too far away. This may or may not be a dangerous time for feelings to bubble back up. (Established past relationship. Hope you enjoy.)
