Though I created a few new characters for this book, Jin Heung, Dan Se, Soo Ho, Yeo Wool, and Han Sung and the entire plot of Hwarang, upon which the plot of this novel is based, were the creation of those who wrote Hwarang. If you have not yet watched Hwarang but intend to, please don't read this book yet. It will spoil the plot for you. But if you are ready to find out what happens to Dan Se next, then read on! As she struggles to gain an upper-hand in the power play, she finds herself falling head over heels for the Faceless King.
