Hans, after being judged in his kingdom, is sent back to Arendelle to work as an unpaid servant who lives in the dungeons when he doesn't work and is looked after by a few guards who don't allow him to go outside of the castle. That isn't much of a pleasure for Elsa to always have him around, putting his nose in what ins't his stuff. But what happens when they finally learn to live in the same home ? Iceburns oneshots. I don't own either Frozen or its characters. But the writing and head canon are mine.

A helsa love story with a twist

Both the former prince and the queen knew he was a dead end. Both knew that everyone despised him for what he had done over a couple years ago, but when the queen saw light in him after they exchanged a few words in the midst of the dark, she was prepared to spare him no matter what the cost. And whatever protest Anna and Hans would make, she would still strive for his freedom, because she believed that she could somehow fix him... and quite somehow, as blasphemous as it was, he mattered to her.

Afraid to near Anna's frozen state, Elsa was not able to perform the act of true love. The only person that made Anna suffer can be the key to unfreezing her. Elsa is reluctant and yet, she's willing to save her sister, even if it means falling bitterly for the man that almost killed her. Is Hans an enemy or simply just a broken prince who lacks his own act of true love? Queen Elsa of Arendelle on the other hand, has been running away from herself all her life, only then to be accepted by her people for who she really was. When one day they accidentally cross paths, they discover that they seek something from each other, but are they willing to make changes in each other's lives just to gain the love of the other?

When Hans returns after the Great Thaw, it's Elsa's worst nightmare come true. The last time he was around, he nearly killed her, and almost let her sister freeze. But that all changes one night when she asks him to meet her in the library. It's there where one door closes and another opens. And it isn't easy- for anyone.
