So this is basically a book with the reader(aka you) as Futakuchi onna if you don't know who she is she is a woman who has a second mouth behind her head which she has to keep fed, and in this book you will meet the hantengu clones while your second mouth is eating human flesh. I'm going to try to stick to the canon personalities of characters as close as possible. this is because I just personally hate when they don't act like their supposed to for the most part. some things might be my own headcanon for the characters but I'm not going to rely on that aspect.
