The young 17 year old Alexandria Plaid comes to make a new friend, whom goes by the name of Ashton Greene. Alexandria is not sure is she can trust him yet, for they had only met not to long ago, she wants to but at the same time she feels as if she can't. As for Ashton, he is trying hard to gain her trust and feels as if he fails every time. He soon realizes some feeling that he thought would go away but later realizes what it is that he is feeling. Distantly I heard a voice answer the phone, "Hello, what is your emergency?" I couldn't control my mouth, my thoughts were jumbled and my vision blurry. It felt like my mouth was stuffed with cotton balls. I managed to whisper a desperate, weak "Help me. Please." As the edges of my vision darkened. I could hear the emergency man on the phone, asking me where I was and what had happened, but his voice was getting quieter and quieter until it was just a deep warble. I felt a tear slide down my cheek as the dark edges of my peripheral seeped in to fill my vision and sent a prayer as the world went black. Jonathan never would have expected this to happen. After two years together and Annie just loses her mind. On top of that, he can't remember anything about that night. The night they say she attacked him. The police keep asking him questions he can't answer, and if he does remember should he tell them? Not to mention the other cases of violent outbursts across the Australia. And these dreams he is having.... He is determined to find out what is going on, but he can't do it alone. Then he meets Luca.

This story is about a boy and a girl who both liked each other but didn't know how to express their feelings to one another. Two people got in the middle of the relationship and just started not being the most trustworthy people. They said things the girl didn't believe, but apparently were true. Then later on she figure out some of the things they said were lies. She knew she couldn't trust them again. Later on, she figured out her feelings hadn't stopped for him. She didn't know what to do now, she couldn't do anything because of the complicated situation that was created between the two.
