The story takes place in the years 1990/2000, somewhere in a remote countryside in the USA. This circus "recruits" by kiddnaping or by attracting children between 7 and 16 years old, who have no family to take care of them, no home where they were sold to the Ringmaster. The children are therefore forced to work in the circus, and to obey the ringmaster under penalty of violating "education lessons". The public, not being aware of what is happening backstage, is convinced that it is an innocent circus which gives new life to orphaned children. The ringmaster therefore takes advantage of all this to make as much money as possible.
