Warden Sharp's daughter, Annie enrols as an intern at Arkham Asylum. She gets to know the prisoners well and enjoys her work. Meanwhile Joker gets Harley to disguise herself as a new doctor working at Arkham to cause trouble for Sharp. However when working, Harley becomes attached to Annie and teaches her how to be a good therapist as well as kidnap her away from Arkham and her father.
