Being a newbie nobody thought highly of her, she did mundane work. Dr. Crane, a colleague of Harleen thought fondly of her and put in a good word. Mr. Arkham out of no where assigns Harleen the case of a life time. This case was special, life changing even. See how the Doctor mutates into the infamous Harley Quinn.
