these are my personal stories with self harm depression and suicide. I will tell you now this book is just one big trigger warning. I'm not putting pics of cuts or anything I'm just telling my stories. from my life. none of these are made up. and I will stand by these stories for the rest of my life cause these stories are my past. and it may not be the best but it made me who I am today and who I will be in the future

It's just a message

People who had suffered from their own family members and emotional or physical abuse. Some say You're faking it or That's not true your lying I couldn't solve that but hopefully this will give you comfort.

People always say you just want attention. You just do it to try to become popular and make everyone feel bad for you. All that is not true. Their is so much more to Self harm that that. And really that's not what it is. Self harm is a very serious condition that a lot of teens face in their lives. I know this because I am a self harm survivor.Their are so many ways to self harm. From cutting to burning. It doesn't always have to be cutting or burning, it also goes on in your brain. You tell your self your not worth it and keep putting yourself down. You believe what other say bad about you.I am here to tell you that all their words are not true. Your a great person no mater who you are. Don't let others put you down. No one should go threw this but yet a lot do. Your here for a reason. You have a purpose here. You don't know what it is yet. But I promise you that you will find it soon. Don't end your life. Keep living it and you'll find that things do get better. ~Kacey

Cuts, bruises, tears. Everyone knows of those things. Defeating, living, breathing. Everyone does those things on a daily. Alyssa are those main things, trouble but empty, brave but scared, and tired but awake. Will she overcome it? Defeat it? Aging hits you like a rock, lets hope she can take it. Warning: If you're suicidal, self harm, or harm yourself emotionally in any sort of way- know that this book will contain it.
