It's actually a poem that I wrote as an assignment for a literary fair contest and it didn't win. I just thought I'll post it just because I didn't finish any other composition that I've been working on. It might trigger one thing or another.. If you actually understand it. It's a rhymed verse.. these are my personal stories with self harm depression and suicide. I will tell you now this book is just one big trigger warning. I'm not putting pics of cuts or anything I'm just telling my stories. from my life. none of these are made up. and I will stand by these stories for the rest of my life cause these stories are my past. and it may not be the best but it made me who I am today and who I will be in the future

People always say you just want attention. You just do it to try to become popular and make everyone feel bad for you. All that is not true. Their is so much more to Self harm that that. And really that's not what it is. Self harm is a very serious condition that a lot of teens face in their lives. I know this because I am a self harm survivor.Their are so many ways to self harm. From cutting to burning. It doesn't always have to be cutting or burning, it also goes on in your brain. You tell your self your not worth it and keep putting yourself down. You believe what other say bad about you.I am here to tell you that all their words are not true. Your a great person no mater who you are. Don't let others put you down. No one should go threw this but yet a lot do. Your here for a reason. You have a purpose here. You don't know what it is yet. But I promise you that you will find it soon. Don't end your life. Keep living it and you'll find that things do get better. ~Kacey

Its coming up to Halloween and Alison gets an unpleasant present for her birthday on the 31st of October, a torture doll, its had a note on it when she found it. Alison could barely read it. She feels happy to have been given a present, but she didn't  really want it, so she threw it in the bin, but it keeps appearing on her bed in her room. On one particular hard day, all her bullies strike at once and she finds the torture doll and just stares at the grey fabric of the doll. Does she get to use it? Read to find out the whole story.
