For now.) ---Inspired by cywscross' Naruto fanfic: "Ghost" on fanfiction.net More Detailed Summary: Basically a retelling of the Harry Potter series, only, in my writing style, present tense, and with a time-traveller completely jeopardizing (Dumbledore or fate or whatever in canon's) plans to have Harry Potter's life miserable, and kinda-sorta-maybe better preparing the kid when the Wizarding World's paparazzi (ie: Rita Skeeter) and fan(atic)s decide to barge into his life. Oh, and the obvious: "You're a wizard, Harry!"

Daisy scanned the light-blue fabric and nodded. "It's a good suit. You look nice." "Thanks, love," Harry said. Then he sighed and leaned back in his chair. A long pause passed before he nearly made Daisy choke on her wine, "I think I'm gonna have a baby. Just me, on my own." Daisy coughed a few times, her hand on her chest as she looked at Harry with wide eyes. "Why on earth would you do that?" Written for the prompt - Harry, who has always enjoyed being everybody's baby, is having a baby.

This is a rewritten and expanded story based on the earlier one-shot of the same name, which has now been renamed Tide & Surf, to reduce confusion. It now includes drarry, and follows Harry's journey from the end of his relationship with Ginny to the beginning of his relationship with Draco. :-) Summary: After a lifetime of war, Harry searches for something he can't quite define.
